yoga classes
Yoga Pranala is a combination of Vinyasa Flow (inspired by several yoga schools including the Sri T. Krishnamacharya lineage, Bihar School of Yoga and Hatha Yoga) and Mudra Pranala (Healing art based on energy movement transmitted by Balinese shaman Tjokorda Rai). Yoga Pranala is highly effective to increase inner and outer strength, enhance mental clarity, relaxation, total presence and harmony.
Linda Madani's passion is to pass on her deep understanding of this powerful combination of self-healing techniques. She can help you learn how to focus on breath and re-connect with the energy of the earth and the universe. Through Yoga Pranala you activate life force by connecting the two major energy poles inside the body, which manifest as 'Prana'.
In ancient Balinese, Pra means first, Prana power, Nala inner fire and Pranala circulation or energy flow. Prana and energy movement is the essence of healing mind, body and spirit. To check our schedule, click here...
Once a week I teach a gentle class of yoga in Indonesian. More details are available in
the Indonesian language section of this website.
private classes
I am available for at my private sessions.
Yoga therapy is very effective in treating and managing a wide range of conditions including headaches, anxiety, back pain, slipped disc, sciatica, arthritis, hypertension, heart conditions, asthma, digestive and respiratory disorders, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, thyroid, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, to mention a few.
Yoga therapy activates inner healing resources and creates harmony in our lives. It also revitalizes various functions of the body. Each yoga therapy session is specially designed including asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation), mudra pranala (energy flow), yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and chanting. All of these self-healing tools affect the nervous system and rebalance mind, body and soul.
We all have been wounded at some time and we usually hold the memory of past wounds in our bodies, which can cause us to repeat patterns over and over again. Our bodies, minds and spirits are our greatest teachers, and physical or emotional pain can helps us to reconnect with and focus on healing. To release wounds we often need support and a non judgmental environment where we feel safe to do so.
Each healing session with Linda is unique. She channels and receives guidance from Spirit on how to best assist healing and guides you through rebalancing energy and releasing blockages, using different tools. These may include stimulating pressure points, crystals, vibration sounds, healing herbs, channeled meditation, visualization, and other techniques. A healing session with Linda is an excellent opportunity for self discovery, reconnecting with our five senses and going beyond. Sessions are held in a private and safe space where you can freely explore your inner self.
I teach three levels of yoga pranala classes for people with different needs through vinyasa flow,
asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation) and yoga nidra
(deep relaxation) for self-exploration and connection with our divine self.
Yoga pranala is a powerful combination of vinyasa flow and mudra pranala
(energy flow/Balinese qi gong) to achieve strength, mental clarity, relaxation,
total presence and harmony.
I believe prana and energy movements are essential for healing mind, body and
spirit. In Balinese lontars, pra means first, prana power, nala inner fire and
pranala circulation. At the same time as practicing asanas (yoga postures) you
will focus on breathing while you connect to the energies of the earth and the
universe. Learn not only how to unite the two poles to give you the power which
manifests inside your body as prana but to consequently activate your life
force energy.
