The practice of somatic Yoga combines elements of Yoga such as Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation and Kriyas with the somatic approach, which guides you into the wisdom of your body (your subconscious).
It’s an exploration with a sense of curiosity to get to know yourself at a deeper level, release any stuck energy and allow for shifts to happen at the body level.
