Whilst Intuitive Flow makes all efforts to offer a safe environment to retreat participants, neither Intuitive Flow nor any of it's staff is responsible for any injuries, loss, damage caused by participants in connection with accommodation, transportation, disease, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems while residing at Intuitive Flow retreats.
All participants assume responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against from above listed risks.
Securing your place
A non refundable deposit of
US$ 300
is necessary to secure your place on this program. The deposit can be made by Visa or Mastercard via Pay Pal (unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments by phone or email). You will be receiving a PayPal deposit request by mail, please follow the instructions to make your deposit. It is easy and very safe. The PayPal message will come from Ms Linda Grondin, the Pay Pal account yogapranala@gmail.com. You may also pay your deposit by bank money transfer. A copy of your invoice will be sent to you as soon as we receive your deposit.
Deposit, Payment, Cancellation and refund policy:
We do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds for any reason. A portion of your deposit payment may be used as credit for another retreat within
24 months
of our original retreat date. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:
A non-refundable deposit of
$300
is required to secure payment. There is no refund if less than one week notice is given.
For cancellations made more than
90 days
prior to retreat start date,
100%
of your deposit payment may be applied to another retreat.
