This is a new opportunity in the world of therapeutic Yoga and healing!
Yoga is currently more popular than it has ever been before, however when Yoga is mentioned many people think of Asana (postures) and flexibility when in fact, it’s so much more.
Tragically, many Western students of Yoga never get the full benefit of the art of yoga, as they often rely on ‘watered down’ approaches meant for the mass-market. The students become bored easily and move from class to class searching for something more meaningful.
This not only deprives Yoga students of an authentic and rewarding experience, it also keeps you, the teacher, from growing and reaching the heights of your art.
Our goal is to help spread the most authentic Yoga practices for their original purpose.
The 300 hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Certification is the advanced level of training for those who have already completed 200 hours of training with The Yoga Alliance.
Most yoga teachers care about their students and want to create a safe environment for your students.
If you are like me, you have the sense of responsibility that you need to keep your students safe.
The more you have experience teaching, the more you realize that what we have learned in your level 1 yoga teacher training doesn’t fits-all.
Have you ever worried that the asana sequence you have created might not be appropriate and even injure some of your students?
How can you keep competition-free and ensure that all your students feel that they are valued participants in the class?
Satisfying all your students requires more creativity and knowledge on your part. I have created our level 2 yoga pranala program so that you can teach with confidence.
Linda Madani created our level 2 yoga pranala program so that you can teach with confidence.
This training is for teachers that are more interested in the healing part of yoga rather than the fitness aspect.
During this training will cover all the different physical problems comprehensively that we as yoga teacher encounter in our classroom so to avoid injury and give our students some release.
The training, which is just 30 days in duration, takes place in Ubud, Bali and comes complete with:
Anatomy & physiology: Deep insights into the inner workings of the human body
Applied anatomy: the practical application of anatomical knowledge in diagnosis and treatment
Asana: understanding the benefits and putting them into practice.
Sanskrit names of postures and pronunciation
Structural alignment/postural integration: advanced methodology
Prop usage: Using physical props to support postural understanding and enhance benefit of pose (how you can use props to facilitate healing.)
Meditation: How meditation fits in with the system of Yoga and how to teach/use it.
Ayurveda: deepen your knowledge learned in Level 1 of this science of health and medicine; its principles and practices.
Anatomy of the subtle body: Chakras, Pranas, Nadis – and how these unseen energy structures play a role in our health in regards to therapy.
Marmar points: According to Ayurveda tradition, learn to locate and stimulate these energy points to facilitate much deeper healing.
Restorative: how to teach restorative
Pranayama: learn to interpret breathing patterns and provide practices to correct and improve physical condition
Mudra pranala: study the second level of this Balinese healing system and learn to support your students in their healing journey
Vedic healing chants/mantras: proper recitation of chants and mantras can transform energy in different areas of the body as well as improve concentration, memory and focus
Yoga philosophy: Theory and applied.
Philosophy: The broader set of Vedic ideas that have influenced the development of modern yoga.

She joyously endeavors to lead her students through a journey that embraces not only the physical but also the deeper aspects of Yoga. Her quote below embodies her yoga philosophy:
“I feel one of Yoga’s most precious gifts to humanity lies in its emphasis on our relationship to ourselves and to all other Beings around us. It is a constant challenge to apply a fluid stream of tolerance, kindness and happiness in our daily lives, but as result of my own spiritual search, I am persuaded it can only start from contemplative work we do within ourselves. For me , yoga opens a world of mystery and magic. I see teaching as an act of giving and devotion and my intention is to guide and inform my students, to endow them to develop their own individual practice, physical and spiritual. While remaining inquisitive, I believe we can best evolve through good intention, discipline, our own humility and our love for ourselves and ‘the other’. I would like to help students cultivate these qualities as I continue to cultivate them myself through my practice”.

An unforgettable time with wonderful people, great teachers, a lot of yoga, surrounded by the beautiful nature and spirit of Bali.
We received so much knowledge and guidance and the teachers were all very loving and caring, which enabled us to feel comfortable and secure. It was an unforgettable, life changing and inspiring experience.
This training was an amazing experience not only did I learn a lot about how t be a good teacher to the students with their poses but also with their spirituality. I learned a lot about these experiences and myself, (special experiences), is what will make me a good teacher. Everyone here was so supportive and loving. It was truly a blessing.
I am so grateful to have been on this TT. to make the connection with the girls and our beautiful teachers who worked tirelessly in putting a great teacher training. The food was also good.
I found the TT to be very well organized. The whole team was excellent. I learned an incredible amount of both from a technical side, but also the history and other components of yoga Would recommend this program to everyone who is looking for an enriching training.
It has been an honor and a privilege to have had an incredible yoga journey with Linda, Anouk and the team. Such a wealth of knowledge and experience. It has been a transformation that I will take with me beyond this moment and off the yoga mat into my future. The divine within me bows to the divine within you with the utmost respect and gratitude. Namaste.
La sincérité du chemin spirituel de Linda et de ses enseignements donnés lors de la formation m’amenée a approfondir et être plus sincère moi-même dans mon propre chemin.

To your success,
I met Linda last year at her studio. I was drawn to Linda’s depth of knowledge and authenticity to her yoga and lifestyle. I knew from the 1st class that I attended that I would enjoy and get a lot out of her teaching. It was all I had hoped for. Thank you. I am so happy that you held space for all of us. I think of this group as wonderful extended family.
Yoga Pranala Intensive Teacher Training was a wonderful experience that completed my teaching experience. I now put myself in the class as a translator and always keep myself in balance. The teachers of Yoga Pranala Intensive were so wonderful and their generous love made me feel so loved, complete and help me to embrace the strength within me. It was an amazing 22-day experience on my yoga journey. I will always be grateful for this chance. Thank you.
Namaste!…Since I returned from your teaching course, apart from teaching pranala yoga..with incredible results!!!..We are all very grateful to you!!!..I have been doing therapies…I see/feel the blockages of the nadis…the energy blockages…and we are able to bring to the surface the “trauma/memory” for it to be let go of.using the breathe and of course Divine Love…up until now it’s complete word of mouth…but I keep being asked what it is called…everything seems to have to have a name….anyway I was thinking of calling it Pranala..Undoing the obstacles to The presence of Love….Love and gratitude to you always!!!..Thank You!
I would like to thank you for the amazing time and experience during the 200 hours teacher training ended on August 18th, 2017. It was a very special time and wonderful memories. I have learned a lot about yoga and myself, you are a great teacher and a wonderful role model and would love to continue the 300 hours training at Yoga Pranala.
Linda is an inspiring & confident teacher who instructs with compassion & precision. She has brought a dimension into my life which will enable me to continue my spiritual journey. Linda’s passion pervades her entire being this is supported by being in such a magical spot. The staff at Kumara were perfect. Everything done with knowing less humbleness & that lovely Balinese smile to be able to return & continue this path with so many supportive people around can only be a form of the heaven on earth. I bow to you all. Namaste. The depth of Linda’s knowledge is extraordinary, her ability to impart it even more so. She creates a symphony with the visible and the invisible, my heart sings.
In august this year I decided to go to Bali and do a teachers training with Linda Madani. My Reason for doing the teachers training was initially to learn more about yoga. I went with open heart and open mind and was rewarded with the most amazing and enriching experience. Linda and the other teachers involved in our teachers training put so much effort, love and compassion into this training that I walked away totally believing in myself as a teacher and expanding my awareness in more than yoga. The connections with the other students and the all the teachers was so incredible and I feel there will be a bond unbroken now. A part of my heart will always be with that beautiful group of people and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to connect to such an amazing experience.
I am very proud and happy that you was my teacher during my first Yoga Teacher Training! Your way of teaching was great, in an organic way, feeling what was right on each moment, what we need as a group.
Also together with Savitri, it was special to see and feel, how you were in harmony together and how you complemented each other.
You learned me how to make a program for a yoga class and to teach it! Thanks so much that we got the change to give our first yoga class
during the training, it gave me all the confidence I needed. And also to see how other students give their first yoga class was very instructive and inspiring!
Fundament of yoga: the importance of our breath (that it initiates the movement and finished the movement), that
the breath is the vehicle of prana, our life-force; to become aware of; the connection between earth and sky within us; our true self and our higher consciousness; that we are all one and connected and feed from the same source. And the beautiful and powerful Mudra Pranala! I feel the fundament inside of me!
I am very happy we did a lot of Pranayama and Meditation; also singing the mantra’s together was great! I learned a lot about the adjustments and I am happy I get introduced into Pre-Natal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Partner Yoga and Restorative Yoga. The Biodanza with James was super and it brought our group even more together.
To read the asked 5 Yoga books was a great preparation and soil for the training.
The Cleansing Ceremony on the beach and our Mudra Pranala Activation Ceremony where very powerful ceremonies, something for never to forget!!!
Thank you so much for everything Linda and also Savitri and Sujatha!
I am grateful to have been part of this beautiful journey. The opportunities to grow and transform were incredible and I am blessed to have met such beautiful people. I learned so much about yoga and myself as a way of life. Being a part of the Balinese ceremonies was such an honor. I am inspired and looking forward the next chapter in my life.
I feel very honored to have been given this extraordinary opportunity to go deeply within myself to find the real me. I have let go of what didn’t fit me anymore. Yoga Pranala Teacher Training has given me profound depth and more understanding of what yoga is really about. It has helped me to find the courage to go forward with an open heart into my new life as a Yoga Pranala teacher. I am forever grateful. Thank you for this transformation and experience.
Making the choice to do Linda Madani’s Pranala Intensive Yoga Teacher Training (when there are so many TT’s to choose from!) was the best decision I think I could have made. There were so many elements to this training – including immersion in the peace-loving Balinese spirituality and culture. Every minute was filled with learning experiences: asana, pranayama, Ayurveda healing, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, chanting, dancing, mandala-making….. All of it expansive, on every level: mind, body, emotion and spirit. Linda has the wisdom and experience of a true healer and yogi. The highly professional caliber of this training, and her teaching – as well as that of the other teachers, were true gifts. Challenging at times, this training was transformational in the deepest sense of the word. Worth every effort to get to Bali, and more…
