100 HOUR AYURVEDA AND THERAPEUTIC YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
WITH DR. SUJATHA KEKADA AND LINDA MADANI

5 – 18 October 2019 In Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

Discover the relationship between Ayurveda and Yoga, and how they can help bring your body, mind and spirit into balance!

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences promoting health by fine-tuning the delicate balance between body, mind and spirit.

Ayurveda teaches us how to attain optimal health and provide an adequate supply of energy to pursue our yogic journey while Yoga teaches us to achieve self-balance through asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, pratyahara, dhyana and samadhi.

Both sciences teach us to cultivate discernment, awareness, self-regulation and higher consciousness.

In this training, you will learn the foundation of Ayurveda and practical tools to apply in your life to improve your health and vitality, as well as fundamental therapeutic aspects of yoga as it is related to the vast body of Ayurvedic knowledge.

At the end of this training, you will be able to register your 100-hour diploma with Yoga Alliance for continuing your education as a yoga teacher.

She arrived in Bali in 1995, and she got her first certification as a yoga teacher in 2002. In 2009 she opened the Intuitive Flow Yoga Studio in Ubud, which attracts mostly those seeking peace, relaxation, and reconnection to the source. Her teachings include Yoga Pranala, a combination of asana, pranayama, meditation, pranala mudra (Balinese tantra), mantra, hasta mudra, and Yoga Nidra. Linda has received the ancient knowledge of healing from the Balinese shaman Cokorda Rai since 1996, and she integrated it into her yoga practice. As a result, she helped many people in their healing process, slowing down to connect individual consciousness to the source, and to rediscover their spirituality. In 2019 Linda founded Nālandā School of Higher Knowledge and Bhakti Yoga, which aims to offer a more in-depth experience to those interested in learning more about the authenticity and true principles of yoga.
